Basic Techniques:

1. Uneven stance elbow attack
2. L-stance knife hand rising block down block and reverse punch
3. L-stance skipping black step hammer fist down block and back spinning step kick hand strike
4. Forward stance crescent block, reverse upset punch and reverse punch

Fighting Techniques:
5. Jumping back fist and reverse punch (one jump)
6. Front hand ridge hand reverse knife hand and round house kick (reverse punch)
7. Front snap kick, back fist reverse knife hand and round house kick
8. Skipping in (fake) side kick and back spinning kick
9. Front foot sweep same leg hook kick and reverse punch
10. Jumping in hook kick
11. Stepping in jumping back spinning hook kick

Arrangement Sparring

12. Close Fighting position

Offense: Skipping in (fake) side kick and back spinning kick

Defense: Skip back, back spinning hook kick

13. Close fighting position

Offense: Front snap kick, back fist, reverse knife hand and round house kick

Defense: Skip back, rock back, duck, then jam in and ridge hand, take down

14. Close fighting position

Offense: Jumping back fist and reverse punch

Defense: Skip back and 90-degree avoiding, front hand ridge hand, reverse knife hand and round house kick
15. Close fighting position

Offense: front foot sweep, same leg hook kick and reverse punch

Defense: Skip back then jumping in hook kick

Arrangement sparring with protective equipment.

One step sparring technique #31 to #35.

Forms:

ITF: Ge-back

WTF: Pyeong-won

Each form performed three times: instruction with student following, slow speed and normal speed by Grandmaster Cho.
